All Sales Are Final — No Refunds or Exchanges

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Statistics Apparel are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong size, or deciding you no longer want an item.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review your claim and determine an appropriate resolution. If your claim is approved, a replacement or other remedy may be offered, subject to availability and applicable law.

3. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing their orders, including sizes, colors, styles, and shipping addresses, before completing checkout. Statistics Apparel is not responsible for customer ordering errors.

4. Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

5. Refund Processing
